Refund Policy
We offer refunds on bookings cancelled 30 days in advance of the arrival date.

Group Hire & Discounts
Discounts are available for long stays and group bookings of multiple properties, please contact us directly to discuss.

Check In & Check Out
Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. Please contact us directly for special arrangements for early or late check in/out.

Luggage Storage
We can assist with storing luggage prior to check in, or after check out. Please contact us directly to make any special arrangements.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets. However, service animals are accepted under certain circumstances.

Car Rental
Car rental is available at the airport upon landing in Cape Town. If you require the details of car rental services that we recommend, please contact us for this information.

Load Shedding
Load shedding is another term for rolling blackouts and power cuts. Load shedding happens when there’s a huge demand on the national power grid, leading to the interruption of the electricity supply to the country. Load shedding cuts the power supply to certain areas, according to a schedule. However, following significant investment, all of our properties are fitted with inverter/battery backup systems, therefore load shedding will not affect your stay. However, we do advise guests not to use large appliances during the hours of load shedding as they can drain the batteries quickly.

Parking – Bishopscourt Residence
Ample parking is available within the grounds of Bishopscourt Residence, including a large lockable garage.

Parking – Clifton Apartments
There is parking available on site but spaces are limited and need to be booked in advance. Parking at Clifton Apartments is on a first come first come, first served basis.

Safety & Security
All our properties are fitted with full alarm and panic button systems. Our security company patrol the neighbourhood 24/7 and are very responsive. There are security cameras around the building, for the safety and security of the building and guests.

Security Deposit & Damage Policy
A small security deposit is taken when a booking is made, and is returned at the end of your trip. If there are no damages found upon inspection, the deposit will be refunded, in full, within seven days after check out. If damages are found during an inspection, we will determine cost and this will be taken out of the security deposit.
