Salsify

Overlooking an exquisite stretch of the Atlantic Ocean in a leafy pocket of Camps Bay, Salsify at The Roundhouse is owned by 32-year-old Ryan Cole. A nod to its ocean-facing setting – and Ryan’s father who was a professional fisherman – fish features prominently on the menu, skillfully and sensitively prepared.

Chef’s Warehouse – Beau Constantia

This boutique wine farm sits at the top of Constantia Nek, overlooking False Bay. Local Chefs Ivor Jones and Liam Tomplin offer an extraordinary set menu full of fresh new ingredients and innovative adaptations. Working with local farmers, all the produce is locally sourced or grown on the property.

Zen Zero

Peddlars
